Yes. We provide an international coffee and barista service for exhibitions at RAI Amsterdam and other European venues. Our team plans the travel, equipment, staffing and venue logistics in advance so that the coffee setup is ready for the agreed opening time. Each booking is checked against the current travel and work requirements applicable to that particular project.

Not necessarily. We can deliver the service using our experienced team and professional equipment, or coordinate destination-based elements when that is more efficient for the brief. The recommended approach depends on the event duration, drink volume, access arrangements and amount of equipment required.

The requirements depend on the work being carried out, the people travelling and the equipment being transported. Passports, assignment information, contracts, insurance and equipment documentation may all need to be considered. We review each project individually and check current UK and Dutch official guidance rather than assuming that every international event has the same requirements.

Our exhibition coffee setup can operate without permanent plumbing because we can manage fresh water and waste water within the station. We still confirm water replenishment, drainage arrangements, suitable power and the approved operating position with the client or venue before arrival.

International bookings should be confirmed as early as possible. Four to six weeks is a sensible minimum for travel and operational planning, while bespoke cart branding and printed cups may require additional production time. Short-notice projects can sometimes be supported, but the available branding and transport options may be more limited.
